Basildon District Citizens Advice is made up of three offices based in Basildon, Wickford and Billericay. The Basildon Citizens Advice Bureau is located in the Basildon Centre in St. Martin's Square. The Wickford Citizens Advice Bureau is located in Gibraltar Walk just off Wickford High Street.
The Billericay Bureau is located in Burghstead Lodge next to the library in Billericay High Street.
There is no public parking at the bureau offices, but there are public car parks nearby, in the town centres. For our drop in times please see our Contact Us page.
Once one of our trained volunteer gateway assessors becomes available, you will be asked to come through to one of our interview rooms. This is to ensure that your discussions with us remain confidential.
The assessor will take the details of your issue and see if we can help you straightaway. If not we may have to refer you for an appointment with either a general advisor, specialist or solicitor depending on the nature of your problem.
